This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located in a house at 207 Goodman Place. This spacious house features a large oversized bonus space upstairs, original hardwood floors, ample storage, a carport, and a spacious backyard.
The main entrance has... storage closets on both sides of the entry. The oversized living also features a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and has an access door that leads directly to the carport.
The rear bedroom has an oversized walk-in closet and features double french doors that take you directly to the backyard. The upstairs bonus space could be used as a media room or an extra space for guests to stay.

•All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check.
•We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher.
