Quality of the house is honestly not all that great, some stuff is already messed up or broken. My light in my closet has YET to get replaced since I moved in so I WILL NOT be responsible for that. I have proof that it was already messed up to begin with on the day that I moved in. Crappy random roommates. They did a horrible job at cleaning the place before we moved in and genuinely the house smelled completely like WEED. Price isn’t that great either.

I Love staying out here at the Grand it's nice and quiet everyone is friendly..... This is a great place to come to and live . I have been trying to get some more people to come out here and enjoy with us out here.

So far, my experience has been great! I love using the volleyball court with my friends. Also the balcony view is just great. My favorite part of room is the window in the bathroom that lets in sunlight.

The apartment community I live in has been a fantastic experience! The neighbors are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like home. The amenities are incredibly useful and well-maintained, adding so much convenience to daily life. Whether it’s the gym, shared spaces, or other facilities, everything is thoughtfully designed.
