The crawfish boil being done right outside the dog park wasn’t well thought out. I’m still having to shove my fingers down my dogs throat to get the crawfish out their mouth before they choke, every time I take them out. And the amount of noise from the lawn people. It’s all day every week, which seems excessive. And maintenance still hasn’t fixed my bedroom doors lock (can’t lock or unlock bedroom door). And no one ever answers the phone in office and my maintenance portal hasn’t worked since... I’ve been here.

We recently toured this college apartment, and we were honestly really impressed. The location is ideal—only a few blocks from campus, which makes it perfect for walking or biking to class. The neighborhood felt safe and had a good mix of students and long-term residents, which gave it a laid-back vibe.
Inside, the apartment was clean, well-lit, and surprisingly spacious. The living room has plenty of room for a couch and TV setup, and the kitchen looked updated with newer appliances and a... decent amount of cabinet space. Each bedroom had enough room for a bed, desk, and some storage, which is a must for student life. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained too. The property manager who showed us around was friendly, answered all our questions, and didn’t try to rush us through the tour. It felt like they really cared about the tenants.

Location is super convenient—close to MSU and a lot of great local spots. One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities: the pool is a great place to relax, the gym is well-equipped, and the shuttle to campus is a huge plus. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable. I like that they're fully furnished, and the balconies with swings are a really nice touch. There’s also a strong sense of community here. They host events pretty often, which is a nice way to meet people... and take a break from studying.

Quality of the house is honestly not all that great, some stuff is already messed up or broken. My light in my closet has YET to get replaced since I moved in so I WILL NOT be responsible for that. I have proof that it was already messed up to begin with on the day that I moved in. Crappy random roommates. They did a horrible job at cleaning the place before we moved in and genuinely the house smelled completely like WEED. Price isn’t that great either.
