I recently toured this apartment complex and had mixed impressions. The renovated units look nice — the updates include vinyl flooring, wider sinks, and new kitchen appliances. While those features are modern and appealing, I’m not sure the higher price point is fully justified just by those upgrades.
During the visit, I noticed some concerns with the surrounding environment. The neighborhood feels a bit rough, with trash bags left outside some doors, loud music at times, and the occasional... dispute outside. I also saw a lot of foot traffic around the buildings, which gave off a slightly sketchy vibe.
Inside the apartments, the walls and ceilings seemed very thin. While walking through, I could clearly hear a neighbor sneeze, conversations happening next door, and loud footsteps from the unit above. Noise might be a consistent issue for anyone who values peace and quiet.
Overall, the renovations make the units visually appealing, but potential residents should weigh the neighborhood atmosphere and noise levels against the higher rent prices.

I moved here end of July beginning of august it took management multiple calls and complaints to come and fix my air and it didn’t get fixed until I asked about moving out and the neighbor upstairs run all through the night while the dogs bark at all times of the night and the spiders act like roommates no matter come much you clean and spray

Do NOT waste your money or time trying to work with this business. I have contacted them countless times and received no response from the business. This complex required $180 total for application fees for my roommate, 2 guarantors, and myself. After paying the $180 application fee, we were told to wait for approval then we would need to pay a $300 fee to secure the unit. After receiving all of our financial information and application payments, the leasing manager has neglected to respond to... any of our communications. I have emailed and called the office multiple times in an effort to find out what is causing a delay in approval. At this point, I have still yet to receive any communication or updates from the leasing manager. This complex was just recently bought by new management, and I was hoping that meant the management would provide a good experience. I was incredibly wrong. Please save yourself from spending money and time on this horrible management provided. I communicated with the leasing manager multiple times prior to paying the application fees, and I was under the impression that the leasing management was professional and timely. This was until they received my application fee and financial documentation. The grove apartments were going to be my new home and now it is only the home to a management team that has no concern for time management and professionalism.
