I would give 0 stars if I could. As a resident here, it’s typical to leave the office more confused than when you came in. Everyone they hire is younger than me, and I’m 20 so that’s saying something. They blame all their problems on “restaffing”, as if residents are responsible for their staff issues.. Different people in the office every day, all of them incompetent and unprofessional. You can ask 2 people the same question and get 5 different answers.
Loud music blares from the parking lots... all hours of the night, which I didn’t mind too much since I’m young and unemployed, but something to think about if you like sleep.
Maintenance has master keys and will walk in whenever they feel like it, especially early in the mornings and especially when there’s nothing wrong in your unit. Ironically, when you submit a work request it’ll take days for them to come.
They told me I wasn’t assigned a roommate and then, in the middle of my lease, let some random person move in because of “remodeling”. I came back to a busted lock on my bedroom door.
I don’t even want to mention the moldy, damp bra and underwear that was laying in my shower when I moved in.. makes me sick to think about even after a year.
Don’t expect to actually receive that “lease incentive gift card”, they’ll keep telling you it’s coming soon and then it’s almost move out and “yeah you’re not getting it”. They don’t give mailbox keys, they want you to buy them from the post office, but also need you to return them for move out.. So if you don’t pay for the keys you can’t move out or they’ll charge you for lost keys. Not that it matters to me, considering I was unable to get into my mailbox at all for the majority of my time living here, so good luck to whoever moves into my unit.
I thought about subleasing, but was told it “wasn’t allowed because of covid”. Not sure what covid has to do with a sublease, but I changed my mind anyway because I didn’t want to put anyone else through the agony of living here. I don’t want that on my conscience!
I looked over a LOT of flaws here because of the price, but in reality it’s all about money with them and you’ll end up paying more than you think in the end. Don’t make my same mistake! Save yourselves the trouble of living in this dump.

I love my stonehenge apartment. It sucks that the rent has went up and I am broke and in school. Other than that it is every college students dream!
