Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Work orders frequently get marked as completed without the work actually being done, pest control is a joke because the guy doesn't actually do treatments. Every time I try to talk to someone in the office about an issue I constantly get the run around or the answer of "I'm actually not sure, I don't handle that". The condition of the unit wouldn't hold up against a HUD inspection with peeling ceiling paint, outlets that shock you when you try to plug things in and broken and warped flooring that is just ignored despite them frequently coming through and doing "inspections". The leasing agent that signed me up painted a completely different picture versus what has actually happened. Unless you are on the verge of being homeless and have no other option to live I would *not* recommend this place at all.

The Social Block
The Social Block is really an amazing place to stay. It’s renovated. It’s not too far from campus. Rent is affordable, and honestly has better prices than most apartments around Starkville. The staff is reasonable and helpful when needed! I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.
