The community here has been fine no complaints on that but we have an ant problem. They’ve been here since we moved in. The dumpster is very close to us barely a walking distance which is good.

People at the leasing office are nice and easy going. I found the apartment in a rough condition, it was and still is rouch-infested. the whole building seems to be on the verge of collapsing

Great office representative very helpful and knowledgeable. They’re willingness to go above and beyond to help the best way they can. Very clean and the pool and gym is a plus. Great to stay in shape

I enjoy living here. It's not noisy at all, and everyone I have talked to when I'm outside are usually very polite. The front desk workers at the office are also very helpful when I have an issue or need maintenance ASAP.

four stars might seem high, but the price is not beatable. It’s exactly what you pay for. It needs some work, but it has AC it has a roof, a fridge, dog park, gym, etc. it has what you need to survive for a low price and that’s what gives it a four star for me.
